All custom logo orders are subject to feasibility review. After you place your order, I’ll confirm the final layout, colours and estimated production timeline before production begins. Some logos may need to be simplified or slightly adjusted to achieve the best tufted result, especially very fine lines, small text, gradients or highly detailed elements.
For the best result, please upload a clear logo file, preferably in PNG, PDF, SVG or high-resolution JPG format. If you would like extra guidance, you can also upload a reference photo of the space where the rug will be placed. This helps us better understand proportions, placement and visual balance before starting.
Notes: Every piece is handmade as a unique work. Slight variations are a natural part of the process and make each rug one of a kind. Some visuals may have been created or enhanced using AI for presentation purposes. Final rugs are hand-tufted individually, so minor variations in texture, carving, colour placement, and finish are part of their handmade character.
Shipping: Custom pieces include a NZ$65 shipping deposit at checkout. For oversized pieces, an additional shipping adjustment may be required. The final delivery cost will be confirmed before dispatch depending on size, packaging, courier availability and destination.
