All custom pet portrait orders are subject to a feasibility review. After you place your order, we’ll confirm the final layout, colours and estimated production timeline before production begins. Some pet photos may need to be simplified or slightly adjusted to achieve the best tufted result, especially fine fur details, small facial features, complex colour transitions or busy backgrounds.

For the best result, please upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face, expression and main features are easy to see.
If you would like extra guidance, you can also upload a reference photo of the space where the Wall Piece will be displayed. This helps us better understand proportions, placement and visual balance before starting.
Please note: Every Pet Portrait Wall Piece is individually handmade and mounted onto canvas. Slight variations are a natural part of the process and make each piece one of a kind. Some visuals may have been created or enhanced using AI for presentation purposes. Final pieces are hand-tufted individually, so minor variations in texture, carving, colour placement and finish are part of their handmade character.
Shipping: Free delivery is available within the Christchurch urban area. For all other New Zealand destinations, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
